Plant of the day: Agalinis paupercula — small-flowered agalinis
Small-flowered agalinis is represented by two varieties in New England. Var. borealis, with sparser pubescence and smaller flowers, has a more restricted distribution, being found in Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont. Var. paupercula is found in all New England states.
